By placing an order to purchase any item from D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc., you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
Product Warranty
Our manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and operations for various periods ranging from 30 days from the date of purchase to the lifetime of the product - please see each product for warranty details. If any product is defective due to workmanship or materials, our manufacturers will, at their option, repair or replace the product free of charge. This constitutes the entire warranty and is in lieu of all others, expressed or implied. D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for consequential damages of any nature.
Product Returns
We are committed to exceptonal quality, value and customer service. Within 30 days of purchase, we guarantee that every item* we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. After 30 days, each product will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped. If you return an product after 30 days, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 25% will apply. All orders returned as undeliverable will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Returning a Purchase
Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by calling (408) 219-0890 - no product will be accepted without a properly issued RMA. Ship your package back to the address below - make sure that you include your RMA# as indicated. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made (see Satisfaction Guarantee). If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.
* Hidden Nanny Cameras are excluded - all sales are final - we do not accept returns unless due to manufacturer's defect.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by D&K Internet Enterprises, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
